The SFLIHW celebrates, preserves, and enriches Italian-American heritage and culture in San Francisco's Little Italy, honoring the voices, struggles, and triumphs of those who shaped this community via commemorative plaques and tributes. Join us on Friday, September 5, from 12:00–1:00pm at 666 Filbert Street as we unveil a plaque honoring Fr. Piperni; beloved priest, educator, and mentor to generations of North Beach youth.
This plaque will be the third marker installed at Washington Square as part of the San Francisco Little Italy Honor Walk, continuing our mission to celebrate the Italian Americans who shaped our city and community.
All are welcome to attend this free public event.
